10-year Structural Warranty: Built to Last
We pride ourselves on providing durable, high quality container igloo frames that are built to last. To reinforce our commitment to quality, we offer a 10 year Structural Warranty, which ensures your investment is protected for the long haul.
What does our Structural Warranty Cover?
Our 10 year Structural Warranty offers comprehensive coverage for the structural integrity of your container igloo shelter. This includes frame Integrity, and all workmanship requirements in relation to cutting, welding, joining, drilling, fixing and finishing of the framework meet relevant Australian Standards.

20-year UV Warranty: Protection you can count on
We stand before the quality of our products, which is why we proudly offer an industry-leading 20 year UV warranty. Designed to withstand the harshest sunlight and environmental conditions, our Australian made covers provide long-lasting protection and will maintain their aesthetic appearance year after year.
What does our UV Warranty Cover?
- UV Fade: Our covers resist discolouration and maintain their color integrity, even in prolonged sun exposure.
- Degradation: No cracking, peeling, or weakening due to UV expose.

Because we only use trusted, Australian made, Poly fabric covers, with excellent UV durability, chemical and flex crack resistance which extends the cover lifetime. We offer a 20 year UV Warranty which protects your cover against cracks, splits or tears caused by UV degradation.
Warranty Application
Warranty details and the relevant forms will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your EZY Igloo container dome. Alternatively, you can view and download our full Terms and Conditions of Trade here.
To activate and validate a Warranty for your EZY Igloo, please click the button below to submit your Warranty Application and upload 12 good quality photos of the installed product within 60 days of receipt of the goods.
Need to submit a Warranty Claim?
If any Structural or UV related issues arise during the warranty period, we will work with you to resolve them by:
- Assessing the issue and damage in a timely manner.
- Offering repair or replacement as appropriate.
