FAQ: Are Your Domes Chinese Imports?

Our domes are not Chinese imports. While an Ezy Igloo dome shelter is manufactured offshore, it is not made in China and is not made with Chinese steel. Each Igloo shelter is made with quality steel and is designed, certified and inspected to create a product meeting and exceeding Australian standards. We supply our customers with a mill test certificate, weld test inspection and third-party inspection documents to ensure your confidence that the dome is of quality standard.

FAQ: What is Your Lead Time?

We aim to keep in-stock sizes for a 24-hour dispatch turnaround, depending on stock level and freight carrier availability. If you need a custom size or design, however, we can also accommodate your request within a reasonable time frame. Please contact us for more details.

FAQ: Do You Offer Installation?

We have an in-house installation team that can install your dome shelter on-site. They are an experienced, fully ticketed installation crew who travel throughout Australia and even overseas. We can also provide you with training and maintenance tips to ensure your shelter lasts longer.

FAQ: What Sizes Do You Offer?

Our 20-foot shipping container shelters come in widths of 6m, 9m and 12m. As for our 40-foot containers, we have 6m, 9m, 12m, 15m, 18m, and 21m widths.

FAQ:What Accessories Do You Have?

You may customise your igloo shipping container shelters with an array of options, including end walls, joiner strips, mounting options and container anchors.
